WHY IS BEECARDS CONVENIENT?
beecards is convenient because it is an innovative and technological product, it saves on time and management costs (production, distribution, graphics…), it is fast, it does not require any software installation, it avoids printing and paper archiving, paying attention also to the environment. Furthermore, it is a plus that you provide to your members, as it is much smarter and more effective than the traditional card.
WHY DO I SAVE WITH A DIGITAL CARD?

In addition to the obvious savings in graphics and printing costs of traditional cards, the digital card brings you significant savings in its management. Our digital card effectively eliminates the paper production and archiving of mandatory and non-mandatory documents (membership, certificates, privacy, communications, etc.); it also eliminates the production, printing and distribution of paper or plastic cards and their duplicates.

DOES IT SAVE ME TIME?
Yes, undoubtedly. Once the program has been set correctly, with the 30 seconds it takes to enter the member’s data, you automatically send him the digital card and the link to download the APP, i.e. the tool for keeping his data updated, reading the news and communications and send you all the necessary documents (privacy, medical certificates…)
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE SOFTWARE?
Absolutely no. beecards is a powerful software offered online as a service, that is, it can be used for a small fee, without any installation. In fact, with beecards you benefit from a very personalized software product, but if it were tailor-made for you it would cost 500 times as much. Not only that, but the software will be continuously updated, improved and expanded over time, based on customer requests, also saving these costs. Finally, the data is automatically safeguarded by our systems.
IS IT ALSO BEFORE MY MEMBERS?
Yes a lot. First of all, with a simple free APP, your member will always have their card available at hand. Furthermore, with the APP you offer various useful and innovative services to your member and, in addition to distinguishing yourself from the competition, it will allow him to carry out various operations from his home, without having to physically reach the Association. You will be able, for example, to update all your personal data, accept privacy and send/receive all the documents you normally exchange, read your news and send you communications.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICE?
Simply by choosing the plan that best suits you and proceeding to pay the first fee online. In this way you will receive the credentials to access the reserved area where you can immediately operate on the software.
HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?
In your reserved area there is a “Renewals” section from which you can make the payment of subsequent fees. Obviously, before the deadline, you will receive courtesy emails that will remind you of the expiration of the fee.
HOW IS PAYMENT DONE?
beecards uses the PayPal platform for payments and therefore you pay the fees online with all the payment methods provided by the platform (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc…). You can therefore use the method you prefer every time you make a payment.
WHAT IS THE PERIODICITY OF THE FEE?

The fee is configured on an annual basis.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PAY THE FEE?
Upon expiration, access to your reserved area will be limited to “Renewals” only. At the same time, your members’ APPs will be inhibited, for this reason, we advise you to pay attention to the expiration of your plan, always visible in your reserved area. As soon as the missing fee is paid, everything will be immediately reinstated, including the members. If we have not received any payment after 3 months from the expiration, we will consider the subscription terminated and we will permanently delete all the data from your reserved area.
HOW TO CANCEL?
Simply by not paying the fee when due. beecards does not provide any automatic withdrawal and this allows you to stop your subscription at any time, without constraints, simply by not paying the fee. We think it is a functional product and that it is useful for you to use it, not the classic subscription that is difficult to interrupt.

WHY DOES BEECARDS MANAGE MULTIPLE TYPES OF CARDS?
Yes. beecards allows you to simultaneously manage different types of cards, differentiated for example by graphics, type, duration, cost, associated services, etc.
CAN I MANAGE DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY PASSES?
Sure. With beecards each type of card can have a specific duration in days, months, years. Furthermore, they can also have a fixed expiry, for example at the end of the season or on a specific date.
CAN I MANAGE SPECIFIC CARDS FOR AN EVENT?

Sure. You can set a card type for your event, which will have a specific start and end validity.

HOW DO I DISTRIBUTE CARDS TO MY MEMBERS?

The member must download the free beecards APP (or your personalized APP) from the Stores and install it on their smartphone. By entering the member’s data and pairing it with a type of card, you will automatically email the link to download the APP with the login credentials.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE DIGITAL CARD ANYWAY?

Yes, it is possible, as by sending the credentials by email, the card is also sent in .JPG format which can be printed at any time.

CAN THE MEMBER SEE THE CARD WITHOUT THE INTERNET?

The internet is only used to access and download the card for the first time; subsequently to update news and communications. After these operations, in the absence of internet, the card downloaded onto the smartphone is always accessible.

HOW DOES CARD NUMBERING WORK?

The card number is assigned by the association and cannot be changed by the member.

HOW DO I ENTER MY MEMBER DETAILS?
In your reserved area, under “Members” you see the list of members loaded, each with their own card. On that screen you can add a new member by entering their personal details, contact details (email, telephone, etc.) and the type of card assigned. At this stage it is very important to have a valid email address, readable by the member, because it is the address to which the credentials to access the APP will be sent.
CAN A MEMBER HAVE SEVERAL MEMBERS?
No, this is not possible at the moment. But we reserve the right to also implement a multiple card system in the future.
WHAT ARE ATTACHMENTS AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?
Attachments are PDF documents or images (.jpg, .png, etc.) that the member himself or you can upload for him. These attachments can be, for example, the sports medical certificate, a club regulation, photos of an identity document, a sports card, green pass, etc. These attachments are always visible by the member in his APP and by you in your reserved area. They can be canceled and postponed later. There are no limitations on the number of attachments that can be uploaded.
HOW DO I MANAGE MEMBERS' CARD EXPIRES?

In your reserved area you can view, and possibly print, the list of members by sorting them, for example, by the expiry date of their membership card. In this way you will always have the expiration of the cards under control and you will be able to notify members by sending them a communication or an email.

HOW DO I RENEW A MEMBERSHIP CARD?
In your reserved area, under “Members”, you can change the card attributed to a member. In this way the new card will appear in the member’s APP when he first accesses the internet.
HOW LONG DO APP CREDENTIALS LAST?
The APP downloaded by the member and the credentials to access it do not expire. The APP, therefore the card, is activated/deactivated in relation to the validity/expiry of the card you have attributed to the member. By changing the card, and therefore renewing it, access to the APP is automatically reactivated.
WHAT DO I NEED NEWS FOR?

From your reserved area you can insert one or more news items which will be shown in the “News” item of your members’ APP. A news story is made up of a title, an image and a text. The news can concern anything, such as circulars, events, organizational changes, etc. News can be inserted in an unlimited number, they can be modified, deleted and are displayed from the most recent to the most recent.

WHAT DO I NEED COMMUNICATIONS FOR?

In your reserved area you have the possibility to send/receive communications to/from your members. Communications are short text messages, such as SMS, that you can send to a single member or to all members at the same time. The member, through his APP, under “Communications” reads the message and can reply to you. The member can also write a communication, but only to you who represents his Association (not to the other members).

WHAT ARE NEWSLETTERS?

In your reserved area you have the possibility to prepare emails and send them, even periodically, to your members (such as newsletters). With a simple operation you send an email to everyone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MEMBER LOST HIS CREDENTIALS?

In your reserved area, with the “Users” function, manage the credentials of all your members. So, if a member loses them, you can edit their credentials and resend them.

Alternatively, the member can use the “forgot your password?” function. of his APP, thus managing his new credentials independently.

CAN I DELETE A MEMBER FROM THE ARCHIVE?

If you have entered a member incorrectly, or if he has not renewed his membership or for any other reason, you can delete both the individual member’s registration and his credentials.

CAN I MODIFY A MEMBER'S DETAILS?

Yes, in your reserved area you can always modify all the member’s data, changing both the personal data and the card associated with him. This last operation is useful for you, for example, to give a new card to your member when it expires, making the new card appear the next time he accesses the internet on his APP. Furthermore, keep in mind that the member himself can change his personal and contact details if these are incorrect or changed.
